What we clean

One truck, one visit. Most customers bundle two or three of these while the van is already running.

Before and after, same day

Real jobs, photographed by our techs. Left side is what we walked into; right side is what we left. Nothing is staged and nothing is a stock photo.

Before and after: pale carpet covered in brown pet stains, then clean and bright after treatment
Pet stains across a bedroom, before and after enzyme treatment and extraction.
Before and after: heavily soiled beige bedroom carpet around a bed, then uniformly clean
A bedroom that had not been cleaned in years. Same carpet, same day.

Recent work

Move-outs, family rooms, stairs, a condo tower turnover. Photographed by the tech before he packed up.

The stain ledger

What to do in the next five minutes, and an honest answer about whether it will come out. Tap a stain for the full guide, or read the whole stain removal guide.

StainRight nowWill it come out?
Pet urineBlot, no heat, no store deodorizer. Note the spot.Comes out with enzyme + pad extraction. Surface cleaning makes it worse.
Red wineBlot, cold water, blot. Skip the salt.Fresh: yes. Dried: usually, with an oxidizer. Wool: call us.
Coffee with milkBlot, cool water and a drop of dish soap. No heat.Yes. The milk is what smells later if it is not rinsed out.
BloodCold water only. Blot.Fresh: yes. Set by hot water: usually lightens, may not vanish.
Ballpoint inkDab with rubbing alcohol on a white cloth.Yes on most fabrics; dye-based ink on light fabric may lighten.
Cooking oil / makeupCornstarch, wait, vacuum, then dish soap.Yes. Traffic-lane grease needs a degreaser and agitation.
MudLet it dry completely, then vacuum.Yes. The grit underneath is what actually wears carpet out.
VomitScrape, baking soda, enzyme cleaner.Yes. Acid can discolor some dyes if it sits, so move fast.
Mildew smellVentilate, dehumidify. Lift a rug corner and look.Cleaning fixes the pad for a season; a wet slab needs a moisture fix.
Cat sprayUV-check walls and rug edges, not just the floor.Yes with enzyme; litter-box rings usually need pad replacement.
Chewing gumFreeze it, shatter it, pick it out.Yes. The gray shadow needs a solvent.
Red dye (candy, sports drink)Blot, cool water. No heat.Usually, with a professional heat-transfer treatment.
Tea / sodaBlot, dilute, rinse the sugar out.Yes. Tea is a strong tannin and may need an oxidizer.
Nail polish / paintAcetone on synthetics only; water on wet latex.Small spots yes; dried paint often leaves a shadow.
Grass / pollenVacuum pollen dry. Cool water on grass.Yes. Never hot water.
Smoke / sootHEPA vacuum first, do not wet soot.Yes with a degreaser. Ducts may need cleaning too.
Water leakStop the source, towels, fans. Call today.Clean water, fast: yes. Gray or black water: pad goes.
Bleach spotNothing. It is not a stain, it is missing dye.No. Cleaning cannot put color back. Spot-dyeing or patching is the fix.
RustDo not use bleach. Leave it.Usually, with a rust remover. Household products tend to set it.
Candle waxPaper towel and a warm iron; then treat the dye.Yes. The color left behind is a dye stain and comes out separately.

One family, three vans, a laundromat, no franchise fee

We are not a franchise territory. Our yard is in South Park, our family runs Quite Clean Laundry on Tukwila International Boulevard, and the techs who show up — Kal, Mo, Marcel, Josh, Shane — are the ones customers name in reviews. The quote on site is the number on the receipt, and on a Sunday night the owner answers the phone. What that changes when you book · where we come from.

Same-day and Sunday service

Three vans on planned routes across five counties means one of them is usually within reach. Pet accident before guests, a sick kid, a leak on the carpet — call before noon and we tell you honestly what we can do. No emergency surcharge for jobs that fit the route.

How same-day works

Landlords, property managers and hosts

Turnover cleaning with an itemized receipt per unit, portfolio pricing, a card on file and monthly invoicing. We will tell you when a carpet is past cleaning so you do not pay us to clean carpet you are about to replace. Several managers in Seattle and Tacoma use us for every unit.

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

What a great experience it was to work with this company! I was extremely pleased with Marcel and the work he did! And, the price was fair. I love my nice clean carpets… and now I don't have to replace them!

Kal and Mike did a great job cleaning a recliner and my bedroom. I had many stains of an unknown origin that I couldn't clean with canned store bought cleaner. He was able to make my carpet look new. I highly recommend this service. Totally professional and reasonably priced. 6 stars.

Questions we get asked

Are you the same company as PNW Carpet & Duct Cleaning?
Yes. We started in 2019 as PNW Carpet & Duct Cleaning and became Quite Clean Home Services in 2026 when we added a laundry business. Same owner, same techs, same vans, same phone number.
How far do you travel?
All of King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties, from Marysville to Olympia and Gig Harbor to North Bend. Outer stops are grouped so the drive does not land on one customer.
Do you really do same-day?
When a van can reach you, yes. Call before noon for the best odds. Many of our reviews are from people who called in the morning and were done by dinner.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
By the room, with pre-treatment where a room needs it, quoted on site before we begin. Most whole-house jobs for a three-bedroom home land in the low-to-mid hundreds. No coupon games.
Do you clean the furnace when you clean ducts?
Always. Blower wheel and coil are included, because clean ducts fed by a dirty blower are dirty again in a month.
Can I get a receipt for my landlord?
Every move-out cleaning comes with an itemized receipt with the address and date. We will email it straight to your property manager if you want.

Ready for cleaning?

Call, text or send the form. You get a straight answer on timing and a price before any equipment comes off the van.
