Locally owned, and what that changes when you book
The biggest carpet-cleaning ads in Puget Sound belong to national franchise brands. We are not one. Here is the practical difference, in plain terms, from a company that has answered its own phone since 2019.

What we are not saying
Franchise technicians can be excellent. Some of the national brands have good chemistry and good training. If you are moving across the country and want the same company in both places, a national brand is a real convenience. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we are saying
A franchise's business model has an upsell at the door built into it, because the advertised price is designed to get the truck parked and the franchise fee has to come from somewhere. A locally owned company that quotes the whole job on site has no reason to do that. The quote is the job. That single difference is behind most of the frustration people have with carpet cleaning, and it is the reason our reviews say the price matched the quote over and over.
The second difference is continuity. Our techs have been here for years, and customers name them. A tech who has cleaned your house before remembers the pet spot behind the couch and the closet that never dries. That is worth more than any coupon.
The third is the phone. When you call, someone who can see the routes answers. On a Sunday night, the owner answers. That is why a large share of our reviews describe same-day or next-day service, and why a franchise call center cannot match it.
