“These guys were great! They were really kind and did a wonderful job on our carpets. The price was also exactly what we were looking for!! Will be calling them again in the future.”
South Park, Tukwila and the laundromat
We are a family business that grew up in the south end of Seattle. This is where we come from and how we try to give back.
South Park is a working neighborhood on the Duwamish, tucked between the river, the freeway and Boeing Field, and it is where our vans go home every night. In 2019, one truck-mounted unit and one phone became PNW Carpet & Duct Cleaning. The first reviews came from Tacoma and south King County — apartment move-outs, pet accidents, a sofa before Thanksgiving — and the same people are still calling.
Why the name changed
In 2026 our family opened Quite Clean Laundry on Tukwila International Boulevard: a neighborhood laundromat with wash-and-fold, free pickup and delivery, and a staff hired from the neighborhood. Running two businesses under two names made no sense, so the cleaning company became Quite Clean Home Services. Same owner, same techs, same vans, same phone number. The Google reviews still say PNW because that is where they were earned.
What rooted looks like in practice
It looks like a tech who knows that Kent's East Hill apartments turn over at month end and that Lakewood's PCS season starts in June. It looks like a rug held for six weeks while a family finishes a move. It looks like a Sunday-night call from a daughter whose father had an accident, answered by the owner, and a van there the next afternoon. It looks like a military rate, a repeat-customer rate, and no coupon games.
It also looks like money staying here. Our techs live in south King and Pierce County. Our vans are serviced in Kent. The laundromat pays wages in Tukwila. When you book us instead of a national brand, that is where the money goes.
Who we work with
Adult family homes and assisted-living operators who need gentle, scheduled service. Property managers with rentals across the south end. Short-term rental hosts. Churches and community halls that need the floors done before a weekend. Military families at JBLM and Naval Base Kitsap. Families who found us on Google and now text the owner directly.
Ask us
If you run a community organization, a school, a shelter or a church in south King County and need carpet or upholstery cleaned, call and ask. We try to say yes when the calendar allows. And if you need laundry done, the laundromat is the other half of the family.
The reviews that are about people
Not about carpet. About the tech who helped with groceries, or handled a hard day gently.
“Mo did a great job! He cleaned our place thoroughly and carefully dried the wooden floor after he had done the job. He finished all rooms including sectional within 2 hours! Wonderful job and highly recommended.”
“I was very fortunate to have my area rugs cleaned by Josh. He was quick to get the job done and elaborate when it came to the care and maintenance of the furniture. Would definitely recommend them.”
“My carpets look better than when we bought the house. Professional management, professional team. Prompt, kind, thorough, and fair. Highest recommendation.”
“Marcel was so top notch in every way… he even helped bring in my groceries for me! I would recommend him without hesitation. He spent longer than I expected and the sofa looks brand new. A very personable, polite and professional young man.”
“They came through for us on short notice, cleaned thoroughly, and gave my family peace of mind during a stressful time. My dad, who's recovering from cancer, had an accident that left fluids all over the carpet. I called early in the morning, fully expecting to be turned away, but they managed to schedule us for same-day service. Kal came that afternoon and did a fantastic job. Fast, professional, and compassionate — exactly what we needed.”
