“What a great experience it was to work with this company! I was extremely pleased with Marcel and the work he did! And, the price was fair. I love my nice clean carpets… and now I don't have to replace them!”
Same vans, same crew, new name
We started in 2019 as PNW Carpet & Duct Cleaning with one truck-mounted unit and a phone that got answered. In 2026 we opened Quite Clean Laundry in Tukwila and brought the cleaning side under the same name.
Kal started this company after years of watching the coupon operators work: a low price to get in the door, a list of upcharges once the truck was parked, and a rushed job that left carpet wet for two days. The idea was simple. Quote the whole job before the hoses come off the van. Use truck-mounted equipment, not portables. Tell people honestly what will and will not come out. Pick up the phone.
That is still the whole business. Our reviews mention the same things over and over: the price matched the quote, the tech arrived when we said, the carpet or sofa or mattress looked better than expected. Customers name Kal, Mo, Marcel, Josh, Shane, Abraham and Zack because they remember who showed up. Kal still takes the after-hours calls himself.
What we do
Carpet, upholstery and area rugs (including off-site washing for wool and hand-knotted rugs), pet stain and odor treatment that reaches the pad, air duct cleaning under negative pressure with the furnace blower included, dryer vent cleaning, mattress and tile cleaning, chimney sweeping, vehicle and RV interiors, and a move-out and turnover program for tenants, landlords and property managers. Every service has its own page that explains the method and the pricing in plain language.
Where we go
Our yard is on S Cloverdale St in South Park, which puts south Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, SeaTac and Renton minutes away and makes same-day realistic for most of King County. Three vans run planned routes across King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties. Outer stops — Olympia, Marysville, Gig Harbor, Bainbridge, North Bend — are grouped on scheduled days so the drive does not land on one customer. All 92 cities.
The laundry business
Quite Clean Laundry at 14227 Tukwila International Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98168 does wash-and-fold with free pickup and delivery across the south end. It is a separate operation with its own crew; carpet and duct customers sometimes ask, so it is here. Laundry questions go to (206) 246-5547.
Insured, and honest about limits
We are insured and will send a certificate of insurance to any property manager who asks. We are not a water damage restoration company, a mold remediation company or an HVAC contractor; when a job needs one of those, we say so and point you the right way.

Customers who named the tech
We think this is the best evidence of how a company actually works.
“Kal and Mike did a great job cleaning a recliner and my bedroom. I had many stains of an unknown origin that I couldn't clean with canned store bought cleaner. He was able to make my carpet look new. I highly recommend this service. Totally professional and reasonably priced. 6 stars.”
“Josh did a fantastic job. Our carpets smell so good now! He was fast and professional and thorough all at once. What a great job he did, thank you, Josh.”
“A top notch professional company. The entire process was very easy, from booking to completion. Josh did an outstanding job on my carpets. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again.”
“Mo was very friendly and hard working! He was willing to go back over a couple spots, and not afraid of communicating with me even though we used Google Translate. The carpet looks as good as any carpet that's 30 years old should look! So thank you very much, Mo.”
“Moh did a great job today in my apartments! The smell is fresh, and clean like I have new carpets again! Thank you very much to Moh! I would recommend him again to any of my friends and family!”
