Pet stain and odor removal in Shoreline, WA

Enzyme treatment that reaches the pad and subfloor, not a deodorizer sprayed over the top.

Post-war ramblers with original ducts and finished basements, and a fast-growing stock of new apartments near the light rail stations. That housing stock, plus one of the most pet-dense metros in the country and a wet season that keeps dogs indoors, is why pet treatment is one of our most-booked services in Shoreline. Shoreline customers describe it to us the same way, almost word for word.

What Shoreline homes bring us

In Richmond Beach, Ridgecrest and Echo Lake the jobs range from an elderly dog's occasional accident to a house bought from someone with five cats and a bunny — a real job, and the carpet came out fine. Ask around Shoreline and you will hear a similar story from a neighbor.

For pet stain & odor removal in Shoreline that means dealing with one of the most dog-dense metros in the country, with a lot of rescue animals, rental turnovers and wet-season indoor accidents. About sixty thousand live here across zip codes 98133, 98155, 98177.

The light-rail apartments turn over like any new complex; older homes are mostly owner-occupied and book yearly maintenance cleanings. Richmond Beach and Innis Arden homes bring beach sand inside; the rest of Shoreline is classic 1950s ductwork.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • In Richmond Beach we often bundle pet stain & odor removal with a second service, because the truck is already running and the add-on is priced accordingly.
  • Ridgecrest has a lot of homes where a previous pet left its mark; a UV inspection before pet stain & odor removal is worth asking for there.
  • Echo Lake is on the same route day as the rest of Shoreline, and neighbors who book the same week are grouped together.
  • Older homes in Ballinger sometimes have carpet over hardwood floors, which changes how we treat a room; we check before we start.
  • Innis Arden is where we see the widest range of housing in Shoreline, so the tech looks at every room before quoting rather than pricing from the phone.

From Shoreline the van usually continues to Mountlake Terrace (about 36 minutes from our yard), Lake Forest Park (about 34 minutes from our yard), North Seattle (about 30 minutes from our yard), Edmonds (about 40 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how pet stain & odor removal in Shoreline stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

When the pad is saturated across a room, pad replacement under that area is the honest fix and costs a fraction of new carpet. We will show you the UV map, tell you which spots treatment will handle and which need pad, and let you decide. We could tell the same story about a dozen Shoreline addresses.

Wet season is pet-accident season: dogs will not go out in the rain, and the accidents happen indoors. The damp also reactivates old urine salts in the pad, which is why a house that smelled fine in July smells in November. Shoreline sends us this exact kind of job on a normal week.

Jobs like yours

An elderly dog had been having accidents in a downstairs carpeted area. The family had us out twice over a couple of years, and both times the urine smell was fully eliminated. Repeat pet treatment for an aging pet is normal, and it is much cheaper than replacing carpet every time. It is a familiar story on our Shoreline route.

Locally owned, not a franchise

A franchise sends whoever is on the schedule. We send someone who has been with us for years and knows Shoreline — the Richmond Beach and Ridgecrest area in particular. Customers in Shoreline mention that in reviews more than they mention the equipment: the tech who helped carry in groceries, the one who explained drying time before starting, the one who spent longer than expected because the sofa needed it. Locally owned means the reputation is personal.

How the visit goes

Every pet stain & odor removal visit in Shoreline follows the same order: uv and moisture inspection first, pad replacement when needed last, and 3 steps between that the tech will explain as he goes. Pet treatment is priced on top of carpet cleaning and covers the spots found on inspection; sofas and mattresses with accidents are treated the same visit. It is the kind of job that brings us back to Shoreline on a regular basis.

What we will tell you honestly

Urine that has reached the subfloor cannot be fixed from above. When the pad is saturated across a large area, the honest fix is pad replacement and a sealed subfloor, and we quote that separately rather than pretending treatment will do it. That is the honest answer we give in Shoreline every time it comes up.

Pricing in Shoreline

There is no coupon price for Shoreline and no list of add-ons at the door. Pet Stain & Odor Removal here is quoted as a whole job — priced by the number and severity of spots found on inspection, on top of standard carpet cleaning — and because Shoreline is about 32 minutes out, we group it with neighboring stops to keep the drive off your bill.

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

Wonderful experience. I called around noon time and we were done with our service at 5:30! Our split king mattresses were steam cleaned. They look and smell amazing! The tech that came out took the time to explain the process and show us. We have lots of kids and a geriatric dog all present. Didn't phase him a bit!

My carpets look better than when we bought the house. Professional management, professional team. Prompt, kind, thorough, and fair. Highest recommendation.

Pet Stain & Odor Removal in Shoreline: questions

Can you guarantee the smell will be gone?
For light and moderate contamination, yes. For heavy contamination where urine reached the subfloor, we will tell you whether treatment or pad replacement is the right call before you pay for either.
Will the enzyme product harm my pet?
No. Enzyme cleaners are bacterial cultures that eat organic waste. They are safe once dry, and they are what a vet clinic uses on its own floors.
Do you serve all of Shoreline?
Yes — Richmond Beach, Ridgecrest, Echo Lake, Ballinger and Innis Arden and everything in between. Shoreline is a normal route stop for us.
How soon can you get to Shoreline?
Usually within a few days, and same-day when a van is already on that side of the county. Call and we will tell you honestly.
