Tile and grout cleaning in Everett is mostly entries, kitchens and laundry rooms where wet shoes and winter grit have been ground into the grout for years. The turbo tool brings grout back to its original color or close to it, and sealing keeps it there for two to three years. That is a typical week for us in and around Everett.

What Everett homes bring us

Across Downtown Everett, Silver Lake and Riverside we clean ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, with pH-neutral chemistry on marble and travertine so nothing gets etched. That is the same call we get from Everett regularly.

For tile & grout cleaning in Everett that means dealing with mudrooms, entries and kitchens where wet shoes and road grit get ground into grout all winter. About one hundred ten thousand live here across zip codes 98201, 98203, 98204, 98208, and the neighborhoods we visit most are Downtown Everett, Silver Lake, Riverside, Port Gardner and Boulevard Bluffs.

Snohomish County — Everett, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe and Arlington — is Boeing country and the region's fastest-growing suburban ring, with everything from 1950s Everett neighborhoods to brand-new Lake Stevens subdivisions. Everett is our Snohomish County hub; we run north on I-5 on set days and fill the route from Lynnwood up.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • Rentals in Downtown Everett turn over regularly, and a good share of our Downtown Everett work is turnover cleaning with a receipt for the landlord.
  • We keep notes on repeat customers in Silver Lake, so the tech knows the closet that never dries and the spot behind the sofa before he walks in.
  • Riverside homes are among the ones in Everett where the tech is most likely to recommend the whole floor rather than a single room, because the traffic lanes connect.
  • Port Gardner customers tend to book us in the spring and again before the holidays, which is the rhythm we recommend for tile & grout cleaning.
  • In Boulevard Bluffs we often bundle tile & grout cleaning with a second service, because the truck is already running and the add-on is priced accordingly.

From Everett the van usually continues to Marysville (about 58 minutes from our yard), Mukilteo (about 48 minutes from our yard), Snohomish (about 50 minutes from our yard), Lake Stevens (about 55 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how tile & grout cleaning in Everett stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

Cleaning plus sealing costs a fraction of regrouting and makes mopping actually work. Showers are hand-cleaned; floors get the turbo tool. The floor is walkable right away and seal cures in a few hours. It is the kind of job that brings us back to Everett on a regular basis.

Winter grit is what turns entry and mudroom grout gray. A spring cleaning after the wet season is the reset. It is a familiar story on our Everett route.

Jobs like yours

An entryway with slate tile and gray-brown grout was actually light tan under years of winter grit. The turbo tool's contained rinse pulled the grit out of the grout pores without spraying the walls. That is a typical week for us in and around Everett.

Locally owned, not a franchise

The national carpet-cleaning brands you see advertised around Snohomish County are franchise territories run on a script: a low advertised price, a list of add-ons once the truck is parked, and a technician measured on ticket size. We run 3 vans out of a yard in South Park and a laundromat in Tukwila, and every review we have was earned one Everett living room at a time. Local ownership is not a slogan on this site; it is why the phone gets answered on a Sunday.

How the visit goes

The tech starts with a test and pre-spray and ends with a seal; what happens in between is on the tile & grout cleaning page. What does not change from house to house in Everett: you hear the price first, and it does not move. Tile pairs naturally with carpet in the same house; the truck and the chemistry are already there. We could tell the same story about a dozen Everett addresses.

What we will tell you honestly

Cracked or missing grout is a regrouting job. We clean; we do not regrout. That is the honest answer we give in Everett every time it comes up.

Pricing in Everett

Everett is about 50 minutes from our yard in South Park, in Snohomish County, which is subject to a trip fee on top of the service price. We quote the fee up front on the phone along with the job itself, so it is never a surprise at the door. The number the tech gives you on the walk-through, fee included, is the number on the receipt.

5 stars

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

What a great experience it was to work with this company! I was extremely pleased with Marcel and the work he did! And, the price was fair. I love my nice clean carpets… and now I don't have to replace them!

Kal and Mike did a great job cleaning a recliner and my bedroom. I had many stains of an unknown origin that I couldn't clean with canned store bought cleaner. He was able to make my carpet look new. I highly recommend this service. Totally professional and reasonably priced. 6 stars.

Tile & Grout Cleaning in Everett: questions

Will my grout look new?
Usually very close. Grout that has been stained by dye or has had its color layer worn off will improve but may not fully return. Sealing keeps whatever you get.
Can you clean natural stone?
Yes, with pH-neutral stone-safe products. Acidic cleaners etch marble and travertine, so we never use them on stone.
Do you serve all of Everett?
Yes — Downtown Everett, Silver Lake, Riverside, Port Gardner and Boulevard Bluffs and everything in between. Everett is a scheduled-day stop we fill with neighboring jobs, so we group nearby jobs on the same day; ask when you call.
How soon can you get to Everett?
Usually within a few days, and same-day when a van is already on that side of the county. Call and we will tell you honestly.
Is there a trip fee for Everett?
Yes — Snohomish County is subject to a trip fee on top of the service price. We quote it up front on the phone along with the job itself, so the total is agreed before we book the day, not a surprise when the tech arrives.
