Tile and grout cleaning in Mill Creek is mostly entries, kitchens and laundry rooms where wet shoes and winter grit have been ground into the grout for years. The turbo tool brings grout back to its original color or close to it, and sealing keeps it there for two to three years. It is the kind of job that brings us back to Mill Creek on a regular basis.

What Mill Creek homes bring us

Across Mill Creek Town Center, Silver Lake and Thomas Lake we clean ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, with pH-neutral chemistry on marble and travertine so nothing gets etched. Mill Creek customers describe it to us the same way, almost word for word.

For tile & grout cleaning in Mill Creek that means dealing with mudrooms, entries and kitchens where wet shoes and road grit get ground into grout all winter. About twenty thousand live here across zip codes 98012, 98082, and the neighborhoods we visit most are Mill Creek Town Center, Silver Lake and Thomas Lake.

Everett's Boeing-era 1950s–60s homes have original ducts; south Everett and Lynnwood have enormous apartment stocks around the light rail. Edmonds' Bowl is view homes with quality rugs and upholstery. Mill Creek and Mukilteo's Harbour Pointe are planned communities with long stair runs and two-story carpet. Marysville, Lake Stevens and Monroe are family subdivisions with dogs and builder carpet. Snohomish's historic district has Victorian homes with masonry chimneys. Mill Creek's uniform subdivisions let us group neighbors into one trip.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • Mill Creek Town Center homes are among the ones in Mill Creek where the tech is most likely to recommend the whole floor rather than a single room, because the traffic lanes connect.
  • We keep notes on repeat customers in Silver Lake, so the tech knows the closet that never dries and the spot behind the sofa before he walks in.
  • We have cleaned enough homes in Thomas Lake to know the soil there is mostly tracked-in grit and pet traffic, which pre-treatment handles well.

From Mill Creek the van usually continues to Lynnwood (about 38 minutes from our yard), Snohomish (about 50 minutes from our yard), Bothell (about 35 minutes from our yard), Mountlake Terrace (about 36 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how tile & grout cleaning in Mill Creek stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

Cleaning plus sealing costs a fraction of regrouting and makes mopping actually work. Showers are hand-cleaned; floors get the turbo tool. The floor is walkable right away and seal cures in a few hours. That is a typical week for us in and around Mill Creek.

Summer is the best time to clean and seal, because sealer cures fastest in warm dry air. We could tell the same story about a dozen Mill Creek addresses.

Jobs like yours

A bathroom floor with dark rings around the toilet base turned out to be soap and mineral build-up, not staining. It cleaned off completely. That is a typical week for us in and around Mill Creek.

Locally owned, not a franchise

We are deeply rooted in this part of Washington. Our family runs Quite Clean Laundry on Tukwila International Boulevard, our cleaning yard is on S Cloverdale St in Seattle, and the Snohomish County customers who first called us as PNW Carpet & Duct Cleaning in 2019 are still calling the same number. That matters for tile & grout cleaning in Mill Creek in a practical way: the tech has seen your kind of house before, knows what the soil is here, and has a boss he can call from your driveway if something unusual comes up.

How the visit goes

Every tile & grout cleaning visit in Mill Creek follows the same order: test and pre-spray first, seal last, and 3 steps between that the tech will explain as he goes. Tile pairs naturally with carpet in the same house; the truck and the chemistry are already there. That is the same call we get from Mill Creek regularly.

What we will tell you honestly

Grout that has lost its color layer will improve but not fully return. Sealing keeps whatever you get. Ask any tech on our Mill Creek route and you will hear the same answer.

Pricing in Mill Creek

There is no coupon price for Mill Creek and no list of add-ons at the door. Tile & Grout Cleaning here is quoted as a whole job — priced by the square foot with a minimum for small rooms — plus the Snohomish County trip fee, quoted together on the phone so you know the full number before we book the day.

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

What a great experience it was to work with this company! I was extremely pleased with Marcel and the work he did! And, the price was fair. I love my nice clean carpets… and now I don't have to replace them!

Kal and Mike did a great job cleaning a recliner and my bedroom. I had many stains of an unknown origin that I couldn't clean with canned store bought cleaner. He was able to make my carpet look new. I highly recommend this service. Totally professional and reasonably priced. 6 stars.

Tile & Grout Cleaning in Mill Creek: questions

Can you clean natural stone?
Yes, with pH-neutral stone-safe products. Acidic cleaners etch marble and travertine, so we never use them on stone.
How long before I can walk on it?
The floor is dry to walk on almost immediately. If we seal, allow four to six hours before heavy traffic and 24 hours before mopping.
Do you serve all of Mill Creek?
Yes — Mill Creek Town Center, Silver Lake and Thomas Lake and everything in between. Mill Creek is a normal route stop for us.
How soon can you get to Mill Creek?
Usually within a few days, and same-day when a van is already on that side of the county. Call and we will tell you honestly.
Is there a trip fee for Mill Creek?
Yes — Snohomish County is subject to a trip fee on top of the service price. We quote it up front on the phone along with the job itself, so the total is agreed before we book the day, not a surprise when the tech arrives.
