What carpet cleaning costs in the Seattle area (and what drives the price)

We price carpet cleaning by the room with pre-treatment added where a room needs it, and we confirm the total on site before starting. Customers on Google list what they paid across our reviews, from a couple of rooms in the low hundreds to a large whole-house job with pet treatment above five hundred, and they consistently describe the price as fair or great. We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We are the one that matches the work.

What drives the price

The number of rooms and their size. Stairs, which take time. Soil level; a room that needs heavy pre-treatment and a second pass costs more than a light maintenance clean. Pet contamination, which is a separate treatment. Furniture moving. Distance, for our outer-ring cities and ferry-access islands.

A three-rooms-for-a-tiny-price offer is a door opener. The tech arrives, everything is an upcharge (pre-spray, spot treatment, deodorizer, 'deep clean'), and you pay more than a straight quote would have been for a worse job. Ask any cleaner what is included and get the total before they start. We do that unprompted.

How to save

Bundle carpet with upholstery, mattress or dryer vent while the truck is there. Book in the off-season (late fall to early spring, outside the holiday rush). Ask about our repeat-customer rate. Vacuum before we arrive so the tech's time goes to cleaning, not dry soil.
