Pet stain and odor removal in Lake Stevens, WA

Enzyme treatment that reaches the pad and subfloor, not a deodorizer sprayed over the top.

Snohomish County~55 min from our yard200+ five-star reviews

Pet stain and odor removal in Lake Stevens starts with a UV light and a moisture probe, because the spots you know about are usually a fraction of the spots that are there. Then enzyme saturation deep enough to reach the pad, dwell time, and sub-surface extraction that flushes the pad rather than skimming the carpet. Ask around Lake Stevens and you will hear a similar story from a neighbor.

What Lake Stevens homes bring us

In Frontier Village, Machias and Sunnycrest the jobs range from an elderly dog's occasional accident to a house bought from someone with five cats and a bunny — a real job, and the carpet came out fine. Lake Stevens customers describe it to us the same way, almost word for word.

For pet stain & odor removal in Lake Stevens that means dealing with one of the most dog-dense metros in the country, with a lot of rescue animals, rental turnovers and wet-season indoor accidents. About forty thousand live here across zip code 98258.

Snohomish County — Everett, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe and Arlington — is Boeing country and the region's fastest-growing suburban ring, with everything from 1950s Everett neighborhoods to brand-new Lake Stevens subdivisions. Lake Stevens is a growing pet-treatment area for us; it pairs with Everett and Marysville.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • Older homes in Frontier Village sometimes have carpet over hardwood floors, which changes how we treat a room; we check before we start.
  • We have cleaned enough homes in Machias to know the soil there is mostly tracked-in grit and pet traffic, which pre-treatment handles well.
  • Sunnycrest customers tend to book us in the spring and again before the holidays, which is the rhythm we recommend for pet stain & odor removal.

From Lake Stevens the van usually continues to Marysville (about 58 minutes from our yard), Everett (about 50 minutes from our yard), Snohomish (about 50 minutes from our yard), Monroe (about 55 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how pet stain & odor removal in Lake Stevens stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

When the pad is saturated across a room, pad replacement under that area is the honest fix and costs a fraction of new carpet. We will show you the UV map, tell you which spots treatment will handle and which need pad, and let you decide. That is a typical week for us in and around Lake Stevens.

Wet season is pet-accident season: dogs will not go out in the rain, and the accidents happen indoors. The damp also reactivates old urine salts in the pad, which is why a house that smelled fine in July smells in November. It is a familiar story on our Lake Stevens route.

Jobs like yours

A renter's house had a cat urine smell no amount of vacuuming or spraying could clear. She called last-minute before moving in and our owner met her the next morning. UV found the deposits, enzyme reached the pad, extraction flushed it, and the house smelled clean by the time the boxes arrived. It is the kind of job that brings us back to Lake Stevens on a regular basis.

Locally owned, not a franchise

Money spent with a local company stays local. Our techs live in south King and Pierce County, our vans are serviced in Kent, our supplies come from a Seattle distributor, and the laundromat employs neighbors in Tukwila. When you book pet stain & odor removal in Lake Stevens with us instead of a national brand, that is where the money goes.

How the visit goes

UV and moisture inspection, then enzyme saturation, then dwell time, then sub-surface extraction, then pad replacement when needed. The tech quotes the whole job before any equipment comes off the van. Pet treatment is priced on top of carpet cleaning and covers the spots found on inspection; sofas and mattresses with accidents are treated the same visit. That is the same call we get from Lake Stevens regularly.

What we will tell you honestly

Deodorizers cover smell. They do not remove it. We do not sell a deodorizer as a fix for pet urine. We would rather say that up front in Lake Stevens than surprise you at the door.

Pricing in Lake Stevens

We price pet stain & odor removal in Lake Stevens the way we price it everywhere: on site, before we start, after looking at every room or piece. Snohomish County adds a trip fee to cover the 55-minute drive from South Park, which we tell you when you book, not after we arrive. Repeat customers, active-duty military and property managers with multiple units get their own rates; ask.

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

Wonderful experience. I called around noon time and we were done with our service at 5:30! Our split king mattresses were steam cleaned. They look and smell amazing! The tech that came out took the time to explain the process and show us. We have lots of kids and a geriatric dog all present. Didn't phase him a bit!

My carpets look better than when we bought the house. Professional management, professional team. Prompt, kind, thorough, and fair. Highest recommendation.

Pet Stain & Odor Removal in Lake Stevens: questions

Do you treat pet odor in couches and beds?
Yes. Fabric and the top layer of cushion foam respond well. Urine that has saturated a foam core is harder and we will assess it honestly.
Why does the pet smell come back after cleaning?
Because the urine was in the pad, not the carpet. Surface cleaning wets the salts in the pad and they wick back up. Treatment has to reach the pad to work.
Do you serve all of Lake Stevens?
Yes — Frontier Village, Machias and Sunnycrest and everything in between. Lake Stevens is a scheduled-day stop we fill with neighboring jobs, so we group nearby jobs on the same day; ask when you call.
How soon can you get to Lake Stevens?
Usually within a few days, and same-day when a van is already on that side of the county. Call and we will tell you honestly.
Is there a trip fee for Lake Stevens?
Yes — Snohomish County is subject to a trip fee on top of the service price. We quote it up front on the phone along with the job itself, so the total is agreed before we book the day, not a surprise when the tech arrives.
