Pressurized turbo-tool cleaning that pulls the gray out of grout lines, with sealing afterward.

Thurston County~62 min from our yard200+ five-star reviews

Grout in a Lacey kitchen, entry or mudroom goes gray because grout is porous and a mop pushes dirty water into it. Hawks Prairie's newer subdivisions, big retirement communities at Panorama and Jubilee, and older homes around Long Lake and Hicks Lake. We clean tile with an alkaline pre-spray, agitate every grout line, and run a pressurized turbo tool that rinses and vacuums inside a contained head, then seal the grout so it stops absorbing. It is a familiar story on our Lacey route.

What Lacey homes bring us

Across Hawks Prairie, Panorama and Jubilee we clean ceramic, porcelain and natural stone, with pH-neutral chemistry on marble and travertine so nothing gets etched. It is the kind of job that brings us back to Lacey on a regular basis.

For tile & grout cleaning in Lacey that means dealing with mudrooms, entries and kitchens where wet shoes and road grit get ground into grout all winter. About fifty-five thousand live here across zip codes 98503, 98509, 98513, 98516, and the neighborhoods we visit most are Hawks Prairie, Panorama, Jubilee, Long Lake and Chambers Lake.

About an hour from the yard. We run Thurston County on set days and fill them with Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and Yelm together. Lacey's retirement communities value scheduled, gentle service and are among our most loyal repeat customers.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • Hawks Prairie customers tend to book us in the spring and again before the holidays, which is the rhythm we recommend for tile & grout cleaning.
  • Panorama homes are among the ones in Lacey where the tech is most likely to recommend the whole floor rather than a single room, because the traffic lanes connect.
  • Rentals in Jubilee turn over regularly, and a good share of our Jubilee work is turnover cleaning with a receipt for the landlord.
  • We keep notes on repeat customers in Long Lake, so the tech knows the closet that never dries and the spot behind the sofa before he walks in.
  • Older homes in Chambers Lake sometimes have carpet over hardwood floors, which changes how we treat a room; we check before we start.

From Lacey the van usually continues to East Olympia (about 68 minutes from our yard), Olympia (about 65 minutes from our yard), Tumwater (about 68 minutes from our yard), DuPont (about 50 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how tile & grout cleaning in Lacey stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

Cleaning plus sealing costs a fraction of regrouting and makes mopping actually work. Showers are hand-cleaned; floors get the turbo tool. The floor is walkable right away and seal cures in a few hours. That is the same call we get from Lacey regularly.

Spring: seal the grout after cleaning so summer sandals and sand stay on the surface. That is a typical week for us in and around Lacey.

Jobs like yours

A kitchen's grout had gone from light gray to dark gray over eight years of mopping. Alkaline pre-spray, agitation of every line and a turbo-tool rinse brought it back nearly to the original color, and the homeowner had it sealed the same day. Lacey customers describe it to us the same way, almost word for word.

Locally owned, not a franchise

Quite Clean Home Services is one family's business, not a franchise territory. The owner lives here, answers the after-hours phone himself, and the techs who clean tile & grout cleaning in Lacey are the same people customers name in reviews — Marcel, Shane, Nick, Arquimedes. There is no call center, no franchise fee built into the price, and no manager in another state deciding what gets upsold at the door. When we say the quote before we start is the number on the receipt, that is because the person who gave you the quote is the person who owns the company.

How the visit goes

Test and pre-spray, then agitate the grout lines, then turbo tool rinse, then detail edges and corners, then seal. The tech quotes the whole job before any equipment comes off the van. Tile pairs naturally with carpet in the same house; the truck and the chemistry are already there. Ask around Lacey and you will hear a similar story from a neighbor.

What we will tell you honestly

Etched natural stone needs a restoration specialist, not a cleaning. Ask any tech on our Lacey route and you will hear the same answer.

Pricing in Lacey

We price tile & grout cleaning in Lacey the way we price it everywhere: on site, before we start, after looking at every room or piece. Thurston County adds a trip fee to cover the 62-minute drive from South Park, which we tell you when you book, not after we arrive. Repeat customers, active-duty military and property managers with multiple units get their own rates; ask.

5 stars

The guys did a wonderful job of making sure my carpets looked great, smelled great, and cleaned my sectional so good! My friend came to visit while they were working and was equally impressed. She's going to be booking soon! They cleaned four rooms and a sectional. One room had heavy pet stains and an odor so bad I closed up the room and stuffed towels at the base. The smell is completely gone after they used the pet cleaner.

What a great experience it was to work with this company! I was extremely pleased with Marcel and the work he did! And, the price was fair. I love my nice clean carpets… and now I don't have to replace them!

Kal and Mike did a great job cleaning a recliner and my bedroom. I had many stains of an unknown origin that I couldn't clean with canned store bought cleaner. He was able to make my carpet look new. I highly recommend this service. Totally professional and reasonably priced. 6 stars.

Tile & Grout Cleaning in Lacey: questions

How often should grout be sealed?
Every two to three years in a busy kitchen or entry; longer in a low-traffic bathroom.
Will my grout look new?
Usually very close. Grout that has been stained by dye or has had its color layer worn off will improve but may not fully return. Sealing keeps whatever you get.
Do you serve all of Lacey?
Yes — Hawks Prairie, Panorama, Jubilee, Long Lake and Chambers Lake and everything in between. Lacey is one of our farther stops, which we batch with nearby towns so the drive does not land on one customer, so we group nearby jobs on the same day; ask when you call.
How soon can you get to Lacey?
Lacey is a scheduled-day stop for us. Give us a few days' notice and we will batch it with nearby jobs, which keeps the price the same as closer cities.
Is there a trip fee for Lacey?
Yes — Thurston County is subject to a trip fee on top of the service price. We quote it up front on the phone along with the job itself, so the total is agreed before we book the day, not a surprise when the tech arrives.
