Pet stain and odor removal in Bellevue, WA

Enzyme treatment that reaches the pad and subfloor, not a deodorizer sprayed over the top.

Bellevue is a dog town, and the calls we get from Bellevue about pet odor almost all share one detail: the carpet has already been cleaned, sometimes twice, and it still smells. That is because the urine is in the pad and the subfloor, not the carpet, and surface cleaning reactivates it. Pet treatment is a different job from carpet cleaning and we price and perform it that way. That is a typical week for us in and around Bellevue.

What Bellevue homes bring us

In Downtown Bellevue, Somerset and Crossroads the jobs range from an elderly dog's occasional accident to a house bought from someone with five cats and a bunny — a real job, and the carpet came out fine. We could tell the same story about a dozen Bellevue addresses.

For pet stain & odor removal in Bellevue that means dealing with one of the most dog-dense metros in the country, with a lot of rescue animals, rental turnovers and wet-season indoor accidents. About one hundred fifty thousand live here across zip codes 98004, 98005, 98006, 98007, 98008, and the neighborhoods we visit most are Downtown Bellevue, Somerset, Crossroads, Lake Hills, Eastgate and Bridle Trails.

Mercer Island and Bellevue are a short hop over I-90 from the yard. The rest of the Eastside runs on daily routes up 405, with Sammamish, Woodinville and Duvall grouped on the same days. Bellevue is where our rug pickup service gets the most use; there are a lot of wool and silk rugs that should never be cleaned in place.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

  • We have cleaned enough homes in Downtown Bellevue to know the soil there is mostly tracked-in grit and pet traffic, which pre-treatment handles well.
  • Somerset has a lot of homes where a previous pet left its mark; a UV inspection before pet stain & odor removal is worth asking for there.
  • We keep notes on repeat customers in Crossroads, so the tech knows the closet that never dries and the spot behind the sofa before he walks in.
  • Lake Hills is where we see the widest range of housing in Bellevue, so the tech looks at every room before quoting rather than pricing from the phone.
  • Eastgate is on the same route day as the rest of Bellevue, and neighbors who book the same week are grouped together.

From Bellevue the van usually continues to Yarrow Point (about 26 minutes from our yard), Mercer Island (about 20 minutes from our yard), Kirkland (about 30 minutes from our yard), Redmond (about 32 minutes from our yard) on the same day, which is how pet stain & odor removal in Bellevue stays at our base rate: the drive is shared across the route.

Why it matters here

When the pad is saturated across a room, pad replacement under that area is the honest fix and costs a fraction of new carpet. We will show you the UV map, tell you which spots treatment will handle and which need pad, and let you decide. Ask around Bellevue and you will hear a similar story from a neighbor.

Summer heat and humidity make urine odor stronger. If the house smells worse on hot days, that is the pad telling you where the problem is. Nothing about that is unusual for Bellevue — we see it often.

Jobs like yours

An elderly dog had been having accidents in a downstairs carpeted area. The family had us out twice over a couple of years, and both times the urine smell was fully eliminated. Repeat pet treatment for an aging pet is normal, and it is much cheaper than replacing carpet every time. That is a typical week for us in and around Bellevue.

Locally owned, not a franchise

Quite Clean Home Services is one family's business, not a franchise territory. The owner lives here, answers the after-hours phone himself, and the techs who clean pet stain & odor removal in Bellevue are the same people customers name in reviews — Marcel, Shane, Nick, Arquimedes. There is no call center, no franchise fee built into the price, and no manager in another state deciding what gets upsold at the door. When we say the quote before we start is the number on the receipt, that is because the person who gave you the quote is the person who owns the company.

How the visit goes

UV and moisture inspection, then enzyme saturation, then dwell time, then sub-surface extraction, then pad replacement when needed. The tech quotes the whole job before any equipment comes off the van. Pet treatment is priced on top of carpet cleaning and covers the spots found on inspection; sofas and mattresses with accidents are treated the same visit. That is the same call we get from Bellevue regularly.

What we will tell you honestly

Deodorizers cover smell. They do not remove it. We do not sell a deodorizer as a fix for pet urine. That is the honest answer we give in Bellevue every time it comes up.

Pricing in Bellevue

We price pet stain & odor removal in Bellevue the way we price it everywhere: on site, before we start, after looking at every room or piece. Bellevue's 25-minute drive from South Park does not add anything to the quote. Repeat customers, active-duty military and property managers with multiple units get their own rates; ask.

Wonderful experience. I called around noon time and we were done with our service at 5:30! Our split king mattresses were steam cleaned. They look and smell amazing! The tech that came out took the time to explain the process and show us. We have lots of kids and a geriatric dog all present. Didn't phase him a bit!

Quick scheduling and quality work. Mo was on time and did a great job getting the pet stain out of my beige couch. Highly recommend.

Pet Stain & Odor Removal in Bellevue: questions

Do you treat pet odor in couches and beds?
Yes. Fabric and the top layer of cushion foam respond well. Urine that has saturated a foam core is harder and we will assess it honestly.
Why does the pet smell come back after cleaning?
Because the urine was in the pad, not the carpet. Surface cleaning wets the salts in the pad and they wick back up. Treatment has to reach the pad to work.
Do you serve all of Bellevue?
Yes — Downtown Bellevue, Somerset, Crossroads, Lake Hills, Eastgate and Bridle Trails and everything in between. Bellevue is an easy run from our yard.
How soon can you get to Bellevue?
Often the same day if you call before noon; otherwise within a day or two. Bellevue is on our daily routes.
