Commercial carpet is built differently from residential — low pile, glued down, designed to hide soil — which is why it can be filthy without looking it, and why a residential cleaning method on a glued-down commercial carpet leaves it wet for a day. We clean commercial spaces with a combination of hot water extraction and low-moisture encapsulation depending on the carpet, the traffic and how quickly you need the space back in service.
We work evenings and weekends so your office, waiting room, dining room or sanctuary is not out of service during business hours. Our techs have cleaned dental offices, adult family homes, apartment lobbies and hallways, restaurants, salons and churches. We carry insurance and will provide a certificate for your property manager.
For property managers and businesses with recurring needs we set up a maintenance schedule — quarterly for high traffic, twice a year for offices — so the carpet never gets to the point where it needs restoration. That is far cheaper than replacing commercial carpet, and it keeps the building looking cared for.

Can you clean after we close?
Yes. Most commercial work happens after 6 pm or on weekends. We will work around your hours.
How fast will the carpet dry?
Encapsulation cleaning is dry in about an hour. Hot water extraction on commercial carpet is dry in two to four hours with air movement.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are insured and we will send a certificate of insurance to you or your building management.
Do you do apartment buildings?
Yes, both common areas and individual unit turnovers. Property managers can put us on a recurring schedule.
What about office chairs and cubicle panels?
We clean upholstered chairs and fabric partitions with the same upholstery tools we use in homes.
